CREVE COEUR -- The Creve Coeur Police responded to a bomb threat on December 17, and they confirmed they did not find a bomb. The threats, which were received through email, are currently under investigation.In a more detailed account, Creve Coeur PD officers were sent to three Jewish synagogues that had received threatening messages via email, suggesting there was a planted bomb in the buildings. Officers secured each synagogue and used canine units from both Creve Coeur PD and St. Louis County PD to conduct thorough searches. All the buildings were examined, and officers confirmed that there weren't any immediate threats. LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- An NBA G League player has been taken into custody in connection with a woman's Las Vegas disappearance, sources tell Nexstar's KLAS. Chance Comanche, 27, was in the Sacramento County Jail Saturday evening after a warrant for first-degree kidnapping was issued in Las Vegas Justice Court early Friday morning. Comanche was allegedly involved in the disappearance of Marayna Rodgers, 23, sources say.Rodgers, a medical assistant from Washington state, had been visiting Las Vegas with friends in early December, her family told KLAS. She hasn't been seen since December 6. While details of the investigation are limited, KLAS has confirmed that Comanche was taken into custody by an FBI apprehension team on Friday. (KRON) – The Oakland Police Department is investigating illegal sideshow activity that occurred in multiple Oakland locations in the early morning of Dec. 17. Around 1:30 a.m., Oakland officers responded to several calls reporting sideshow activity, as well as multiple ShotSpotter activations, in the area of 55th and Bancroft Avenues. (BCN) -- Walnut Creek police said Friday that a "suspicious death" last month has turned into a homicide investigation. On November 27 at approximately 3:09 p.m., police were dispatched to a suspicious death in the 1900 block of Camino Verde Circle. Police aren't releasing the name of the victim.
