ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany man accused of fatally shooting Czsar Lewis in October 2022 was sentenced to 5 to 15 years in state prison. Laquan Fallen previously pleaded guilty to a reduced count of second-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree in August 2023. The indictment alleges that the firearm used by Fallen was illegally possessed. The sentencing was announced on Friday morning in Albany County Supreme Court. LOUIS COUNTY – The St. Louis County police have arrested and charged Jayvion Williams for breaking into four different vehicles within a three-hour period on May 7, 2023.On that evening, St. Louis County Police received four separate reports of damaged vehicles, all within a one-mile radius in south St. Louis County, occurring between 7 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.Victim one reported that their truck, parked at the Red Lobster restaurant on the 5000 block of South Lindbergh Boulevard, had its front driver's side window broken, and the interior was rummaged through.Victims two and three reported similar incidents at a bowling alley on the 11000 block of Tesson Ferry Road, where the front driver's side windows of their vehicles were broken. Authorities are searching for a gunman who left a father dead and his young daughter hospitalized in Cathedral City more than three years ago.The suspect, Gabriel Hernandez, 24, is wanted for fatally shooting Ruben Hernandez, 43, and injuring his 11-year-old daughter, according to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.On March 23, 2020, Gabriel and another suspect, Josue Agustin Sanchezcasas, 27, believed a person who lived in the victims’ home was responsible for the 2019 murder of their friend in La Quinta.Sanchezcasas drove Gabriel to the victims’ home.Gabriel stepped out of the vehicle, went up to the house and tried to get in, authorities said.
