3 men charged in connection with weekend fatal stabbing in Bemidji

BEMIDJI, Minn. — Three men have been charged with second-degree aiding and abetting following the fatal stabbing of a man early Saturday morning in Bemidji.According to the criminal complaint, at 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Bemidji police officers responded to a report of a physical altercation between several people at 1804 Minnesota Court N.W., near J.W. Smith Elementary.Upon arrival, officers observed a man lying on the ground face-up next to a vehicle. CORINTH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office recognized one of their own for helping swimmers in need.According to a Facebook post, Patrol Sgt. Pasquale "Rocky" Girard was driving across the Corinth Bridge on Wednesday when he noticed two swimmers in distress. He jumped in the Hudson River to help them get out of the currents. A hospital in San Bernardino is asking for the public's help to identify a man who has been hospitalized for more than a week.The patient arrived at St. Bernardine Medical Center on the morning of June 21, after he was found at a local 7-Eleven. The man's condition is unclear, but Dignity Health officials say he has no documentation or evidence of his identity. Firefighters rescued a baby owl from the chimney of a Chino Hills home Tuesday. Crews with the Chino Valley Fire Department were called to a home on Rim Rock Avenue at around 10 a.m. after residents reported hearing strange sounds coming from inside the home’s chimney. After an initial investigation, first responders got a visual of the owlet inside the structure. Not long after, Firefighter/Paramedic Hackbarth was able to safely remove the bird from the chimney, according to a social media post by the fire department. Authorities are searching for two armed men who robbed an armored truck as it pulled into a Taco Bell in Reseda for a scheduled cash delivery.The brazen robbery happened around 11:40 a.m. at a Taco Bell on the 6700 block of Reseda Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, two men, one armed with an assault rifle, attacked an armored truck courier as he exited the vehicle. One of the men gained entry into the armored truck and removed an undisclosed amount of cash. Both suspects then fled in a waiting vehicle, possibly a white Toyota.The robbery happened during a scheduled cash delivery for the fast food restaurant, indicating the robbers likely were monitoring the delivery route. The suspects have been described as two men, standing between 5 foot 8 inches and 6 feet tall, and weighing around 190 pounds.
