Or worse – can it kill you?Two lawsuits against Panera Bread claim their highly caffeinated Charged Lemonade led to the death of two customers, one in Florida and the other in Pennsylvania. A large, 30-ounce Charged Lemonade was listed as containing 390 milligrams of caffeine last month. Now, the quantities listed online are lower, maxing out at 237 milligrams. The company told ABC News it's in the process of making the change. Police investigating fatal pedestrian crash in Queensbury QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office announced they are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred in Queensbury on December 15. The crash took place on Burke Drive. Officers determined that on Friday night around 10:30 p.m., a red Chrysler Town and Countryminivan was traveling south on Burke Drive when it struck a pedestrian and then fled the area. According to police, the pedestrian, identified as Shane Winchell, 30, of Queensbury, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing. Possible thunderstorms forecasted in the Bay Area (KRON) – The National Weather Service forecasts two rounds of rain occurring over the next couple of days in the Bay Area and the Central Coast. The first round will be on Sunday morning with light rain. KRON4’s meteorologist Dave Spahr forecasts a half of an inch of rain. Gusty winds and a few thunderstorms may occur tonight. There is a 10 percent greater chance for thunderstorms in San Francisco, Concord, Napa, Cloverdale, and Santa Rosa.  San Francisco Bay Area Forecast According to NWS, thunderstorm hazards include lightning, gusty winds, localized flooding, and small hail may exist. The NWS forecasts that heavy rain and thunderstorm chances may occur in the second window, which starts Monday morning.
